ROY SIEBER DYING

Roy Sieber, well known in Oakland several years ago as a man about town, is dying in New York of Spanish Influenza, according to word received today by friends at the Hotal Oakland, where he has made his home while in Oakland. Sieber left several months ago for New York to engage in business. He was noted in local sporting circles and was known about the hotels and cafes as "the best-dressed man in Oakland."
