HIGGINS IS BURIED WITH FAMILY HONORS

The body of Harold Leroy Higgins, the first Berkeley enlisted man to die in the epidemic of Spanish influenza which has been prevalent throughout the east, reached Oakland yesterday.

He was buried with military honors from the chapel of James Taylor Co. in the afternoon. Higgins was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Charles D. Higgins, 1641 Fairview avenue. He died in a hospital in Brooklyn, New York.
