MILITARY HONORS FOR ALAMEDA MAN

ALAMEDA, Oct. 11-The funeral of Donald Stroupe, who died at a base hospital in Camp Johnston, Florida, October 4, will be held in this city Saturday, and will be marked with military honors. The body arrived from the south Thursday. Stroupe had been ill with Spanish influenza for two weeks previous to his death. A brother, Philip Stroupe, is a photographer in the aviation corps at Riverside, and has obtained leave of absence to attend the funeral.
