Funeral of Influenza Victim Held at Once

The funeral of Mrs. Madge McCandless Hepburn took place yesterday afternoon from her residence, 90 Seaview avenue, Piedmont. Her death occurred in the morning following an attack of Spanish influenza and pneumonia. It was by order of the board of health that the interment was made immediately. Mrs. Hepburn was the wife of H. M. Hepburn and the daughter of Mrs. John A. McCandless. She leaves three young children, John McCandless, Ella Margaret, and Ruth Frances. Mrs. Hepburn was born in Honolulu, H. I., where the McCandless family have large interests and are prominently known. She was 34 years old.
