F. T. Dieckmann is Victim of Influenza
Fredreick T. Dieckmann, who was stricken with Spanish influenza six days ago, died this morning at his residence, 781 Kingston avenue, of pneumonia. The funeral will take place tomorrow afternoon from the family home. Dieckmann is survived by a widow, Mrs. Mary Bopps Dieckmann, and two daughters, Dorothy and Mary. He was the son of J. H. Dieckmann, a pioneer of Oakland. Dieckmann was born in Mexico 43 years ago, but had lived in this city since his early boyhood.
